Dr Mandla Lamba founded Agilitee in 2018 and he has been described as one of the most influential young entrepreneurs of his generation. Widely respected for his work in the financial markets, his ingenuity and craftiness has helped create a number of world-class businesses.
His notable roles range from establishing Verityhurst, to heading up market-changing companies in the mining, farming, Semiconductor, financial services, energy, agri-industries, logistics and real estate sectors. Dr. Lamba is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Verityhurst, Chairman of Veracity Resources a mining and minerals holdings company.
Dr. Lamba is also Chairman of Paradigm Property Group, a leading developer of exclusive real estate in a selection of prime – as well as new and emerging locations – around Africa. A founder and Chairman of A7 Squared, an Electric Vehicle Batteries Manufacturing Start-up. He uses his inimitable ingenuity to identify and open up development areas to envisage, plan, create and construct the highest quality luxury working and living environments in unique locations that work in harmony with the beauty of their natural surroundings.
He has extensive experience in advising and structuring IPOs, Backdoor and Conventional Listings of Companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE), Stuttgart Stock Exchange (SSE), the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Africa’s largest public market, The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
He is a huge women advocate for transformation through bridging gender disparities and bringing about inclusive capitalism structures from the boardroom to the parliament, this he achieves through structuring Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment transactions in a manner that ensures that women have a seat at the table.
Chief Operations Officer
Bonisile is a corporate finance professional and entrepreneur with over 9 years experience specializing in infrastructure and project finance. She specifically has a passion for green energy and related industries. She spent 6 years at the Public Investment Corporation and three years across two Private Equity companies.
She has successfully run two companies both financial services and tourism. Her experience is complemented by three degrees in corporate finance and investment; the last of which is a Master of Management in Finance and Investment which was obtained with Cum Laude from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her experience spans across various sectors pf social and physical infrastructure with a particular interest in project development and management.
She currently sits on the board of several companies from financial services to healthcare and property. She’s an intellectual and highly results-oriented individual with various academic accolades. A philanthropist at heart, her focus is to play a significant role in Africa’s socio-economic development, a virtue that fuels every venture she embarks on.
Bonisile is also an advocate for women empowerment in industrial sectors which are historically male dominated. She furthermore strives to promote youth inclusion in senior management to drive innovation and dynamism in business.
